• Maximize Student Tracking. Ensures reporting of all student lab activity including number of visits and time expended

on each activity resulting in Positive Attendance reimbursement to the college. Information can be used to evaluate

student progress for early instructor intervention for improved student success.

• Supports Distance Learning. Students can complete lab activities via a web browser by logging on to CI Track

through their remote-enabled campus server.

• Automatic Report Generation. Standard reports can be generated to support time calculations based on actual time,

credited time or 50-minute Carnegie Unit for accurate FTES reporting.

• E-Reporting. Reports can be emailed to individuals or groups that can be generated in real-time or pre-scheduled.

• Student Information System Integration. Includes built-in interfaces with Oracle® PeopleSoft, Ellucian™

(formerly Datatel & Sungard Higher Education), and Blackboard®.

CI Track is an enterprise level, time and activity software program for tracking all areas of student

participation on campus. CI Track has a powerful reporting component to facilitate Positive Attendance

reporting, curriculum impact and student success.

The Campus Safety Suite is a multi-software solution that gives schools the power to identify and verify everyone on campus and

school-sponsored off campus events.

• CI Badge is the Suite’s photo identification solution that identifies all students and staff on campus. It has the ability to print bar codes or QR codes and

magnetic stripe encoding to integrate into the campus media center, lunch program and bus program.

• CI Visitor enables a campus to identify every visitor on campus. These visitors can include parents, vendors and substitutes. Using a driver license

scanner, visitor information is uploaded and a visitor label is printed. An internal watch list can also be created to flag any unwanted visitors attempting

to enter campus. CI Visitor eliminates the need for manual sign in sheets. The report module allows for creation of daily visitor logs.

• CI Verify will reduce lines by having students swipe a barcode to enter an on/off campus event. CI Verify will display if the student is approved to attend

the specified event. Non-student participants are linked to the student escort for easy identification upon check-in.
