BREAKAWAY INFORMATION
*SPECIALWARNING FOR BREAKAWAY LANYARDS:
Breakaway
performance will vary and lanyards will not break away under all conditions.
The male/female part pull force specification for round breakaways is 3-11 lb.
under tested conditions per M-3-QA-0167. The male/female part pull force
specification for flat standard breakaways is 4-10 lb. under test conditions
per M-3-QA-0167. A full description of the M-3-QA-0167 test procedure can
be provided upon request. Not recommended for use around moving objects
or playgrounds.
LIMITEDBREAKAWAY*WARRANTY:
Customers should test the breakaway
feature suitability for their use and environment. This product is subject to
a limited warranty. Seller warrants to the original purchaser for use that the
goods or any component thereof will be free from defects in workmanship for
a period of one year from the dates of purchase. Seller's sole liability and the
purchaser's sole remedy for a failure of goods under this limited warranty, and
for any and all claims arising out of the purchase and use of the goods, shall be
limited to the repair or replacement of the goods that do not conform to this
warranty. There are no express or implied warranties covering these goods
other than as set forth above.

We reserve the right to change pricing of products or services without notice. Imprints, logos or trademarks displayed in this catalog are for purpose of showing printing
capabilities only. Use of such does not constitute an endorsement of the product, nor does it indicate that the product has been used or purchased by the person or company
whose name or logo appears on the product.
CONTINUOUS PRINTING AND POSITIONAL PRINTING:
Many lanyards come in
either a continuously printed imprint or a positionally printed imprint. See diagram
below for examples of printing styles.
ARTWORK:
The following computer files are acceptable:
Adobe Illustrator version 6.0 or less– all fonts converted to “OUTLINES”
and saved as an .ai or .eps file.
Adobe Photoshop version 6.0 or less– files saved as .tiff, .bmp, .jpg, .psd
or .gif (minimumDPI 150, logos fromwebsites are
NOT
acceptable).
Adobe InDesign version 6.0 or less– all fonts converted to “OUTLINES”
and package the links when sending the file.
Please specify the name and type of the files being sent.
DONOT
embed
files in a Microsoft Word
®
file. Include a color copy for color breakdown
only. Pre-production, custom-imprinted samples are available for an
additional charge.
Modifications to artwork will be quoted on a per order basis. A minimum
charge applies. (No photocopies or faxes.)
OVER/UNDER-RUNS:
Every attempt is made to ship exact quantities,
however we reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under quantity
specified on order.
SET-UP CHARGES

CANCELLATION:
Orders may be subject to a cancellation charge to
compensate for any costs incurred prior to cancellation (i.e. artwork
charges, printing plates, etc.).

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING
PRODUCTION TIME:
Timetables for shipping are based on credit
approval, receipt of camera-ready art and proof approval. Production
timetable is valid for all catalog products in catalog quantities. No
guarantees are made as to arrival dates. Please specify and authorize
special shipping which may be required to meet exact event dates or
deadlines.
PACKAGING:
Lanyards are bundled in quantities of 100. Additional
charges may apply for other quantities or special requests. Call for quote.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All merchandise is inspected, weighed, and carefully
packed for shipment before leaving any of our warehouses. The freight company
accepts liability when the shipment leaves our facility. Upon delivery of your
shipment, promptly check the number and condition of cartons against the Bill of
Lading totals before signing the freight Bill of Lading.
LIABILITY:
The products become the customer’s property upon delivery to the
carrier. If damage or loss is discovered—either visible or concealed—you must file a
claimwith the freight carrier within 14 days of the delivery date.
PAD PRINTING:
For plastics, metals, neck lanyard sliders, snap buckles, badge reels
and detachable attachments. Provides a quality, durable imprint. Exact color matches
cannot be guaranteed.
CLEAR EPOXY DOME:
Provides permanent protection for a multi-color label.
Available on round and diamond sliders, detachable attachments
and badge reels.
DYE-SUBLIMATION:
A permanent transfer process used on our neck lanyards and
select wristbands. A digital image is transferred onto a white base allowing for fine,
photo-realistic detail. Any color can be used for a base color.
