Packaging
Lanyards are bundled in quantities of 100. Additional charges may
apply for other quantities or special requests. Call for quote.
Damaged Shipments
All merchandise is inspected, weighed, and carefully packed for ship-
ment before leaving any of our warehouses. The freight company
accepts liability when the shipment leaves our facility. Upon delivery
of your shipment, promptly check the number and condition of cartons
against the Bill of Lading totals before signing the freight Bill of Lading.
If damage or loss is discovered – either visible or concealed – you must
file a claim with the freight carrier within 14 days of the delivery date.

Lead Time
1-2 weeks for in-stock badge reels
Indicates the estimated lead time following receipt of approval of artwork proof. Lead
time varies depending upon the number of colors and artwork.
Set-Up Charges

Cancellation
Orders may be subject to a cancellation charge to compensate for any costs incurred
prior to cancellation (i.e. artwork charges, printing plates, etc.).
Artwork
Modifications to artwork will be quoted on a per order basis.
A minimum charge applies. (No photocopies or faxes.)
The following computer files are acceptable:
Adobe Illustrator version 6.0 or less - all fonts converted to “OUTLINES” and saved as an
.ai or .eps file.
Adobe Photoshop version 6.0 or less - files saved as .tiff, .bmp, .jpg, .psd or .gif -
minimum DPI 150 - logos from websites are NOT acceptable.
Adobe InDesign version 6.0 or less - all fonts converted to OUTLINES and package the
links when sending the file. Please specify the name and type of the files being sent.
Please DO NOT embed files in a Microsoft Word® file.
Also include a color copy for
color breakdown only. Pre-production custom-imprinted samples are available for an
additional charge.
