The artwork will be digitally printed using CMYK color breakdown. We can not Pantone/spot color match, so color match will be approximate. Badges include a dome finish, unless otherwise requested. Exact reorders will not receive a new proof and a set-up fee will not apply. An order can be as little as one badge, but it must follow the excel guidelines. An Excel spreadsheet containing the variable data must be submitted with all orders. The data on the spreadsheet needs to be clean and accurate as this file is what will be used to print the badges; we do not review for errors/typos. DigiLine Name Badge Printing Guidelines • Each row of text that you want printed on the badge needs to be in one column (i.e. column A = John Alberston and column B = General Manager). No need to provide column headers. • All data must be supplied in the appropriate case desired (i.e. JOHN ALBERSTON or John Alberston). • Font style and size can vary for each row of text (i.e. first row is Times New Roman Bold 18 pt, second row is Times New Roman Italic 14 pt). This will be consistent on all badges unless requested. Please note that a new set-up fee will apply for each change. • Please note that we only proof 2-3 badges, usually the shortest and longest names and titles. We do not proof all badges.
